The concern with and the caring for youth was, and still is, among the top priorities of concerns of HH the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, may Allah protect him. He addressed the issue in a number of speeches the last of which was included in the opening session of the 14th legislative term of the National Assembly in February 2012.
