Hydraulic Brakes Automotive, Inc. de C.V. is a company formed by Mexican and American capital, which was founded in 1957 in partnership with Wagner Electric Corporation in order to manufacture in Mexico brake fluid (pioneers in the domestic manufacture of brake fluid). Along with the development of the Automotive Industry more production lines were built: 1959 Cement line Vulcanize Brake segments are introduced; in 1970 began manufacturing brake rubbers; in 1971 under license from TUNG SOL began manufacturing and assembly Flashers; in 1984 the manufacture of automotive antifreeze and diesel starts.
